Saint Therese Retreat has a total of 44 Standard Rooms and 5 Family Rooms.
ROOM RATES
Standard Room - SAT$250 per night (1 up to 3 pax), extra person SAT$50 which comes with a mattress.
Family Room - SAT$520 per night (1 up to 8 pax), extra person SAT$50 which comes with a mattress.
- All rates and charges are in Samoan Tala, inclusive of 15% VAGST
- We DO NOT have WiFi in the roomsbut you can connect to the WiFi at our Restaurant area.
- Swimming pool is open only to inhouse guests only.
- Breakfast is not included and we do not provide Room Towels for Family Reunions.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION Please be advised that we will only deal with one or two representatives from your Family Reunions Organising committee for the following:· Room bookings · Organising facility usage · Making payment · Liaise with onsite staff during check in and check out process · Correspond with regarding any other enquiries related to your Family Reunion. We hope you will understand as this will allow your event to run smoothly and with little to no issues. We do not encourage families to book their own rooms because they will not be entitled to the special room rate, they will be charged the full rack rate. Check in/out Policy

HALL HIREAGE
The Hireage of the Hall is $2000 tala per day which comes with chairs and tables, Kitchen
(Freezer, Fridge and Oven). Please note for sanitary purposes, we do not provide cutlery and cooking utensils so your family will have to bring your own. Freezer Cooler to be plugged into hall power, we charge $300 tala per day. Opening hours 0600am – 10pm.
If you book more than 2+ days, we offer a discounted rate of $1500 tala per day.
STAGE HIREAGE:
The hire of this facility is SAT$500 tala per day.
CONFERENCE ROOM
The hireage of our air condition Conference Room is $1500 tala per day which will include the use of our chairs and tables.
OTHER FACILITIES
In addition to our Hall and Conference Room, we also have our Umu Place for families who want to prepare a umu (Ground Oven) which is $200 tala for hireage fee. Please note that we will only clean the area for you to use however you will need to provide your own supplies to prepare the umu (tau, ‘ie’ofi etc.)
Upon booking, all in-house guests have access to our Swimming Pool. The Fields are also free of use for all Family Reunions so you are welcome to bring your own tents to put up FOC.
NOTE:
Your rooms will be serviced if you stay with us for more than two days. If you wish to service your rooms, see our friendly staff in the reception. Housekeeping will service your rooms only upon request.
TO CONFIRM AND LOCK IN BOOKING:
In order to confirm and lock in dates for your Family Reunion Booking, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit for all rooms and facilities you require. Deposit can be made by Telegraphic Transfer/ Direct Payment to our National Bank account (Bank fees apply when receiving your payment), or alternatively by providing credit card details. We accept Visa & Mastercard (4% surcharge added if you pay by credit card).
Please note any changes made to your booking or decides to cancel, we are unable to REFUND but can put your deposit on CREDIT.
SPECIAL OFFER
If your family books more than 15 rooms (Standard Rooms ONLY), we will give you a discount on both room types:
Standard Room - SAT$230 per night (1 up to 3 pax), extra person SAT$30 which comes with a mattress.
Family Room - SAT$490 per night (1 up to 8 pax), extra person SAT$30 which comes with a mattress.
