Wedding Function
Venue Hire:
• Falesamoa Hall $4000.00 incl VAGST
• Ground or Poolside $5000.00 tala incl VAGST
Includes:
• Use of hall for up to 200 people.
• Includes tables and chairs and kitchen
• Decorations not included.
• Up to 6hrs for function time allowed.
Conditions:
• Require a non-refundable 50% deposit of Venue Hire to secure and hold date.
• A Bond Fee of $1000.00 tala is required to be paid BEFORE the event for in case of damages to hotel property but will be fully refundable after event if no damages are found. (family responsible for their rubbish if not $300 will be deduct from the bond)
• Function time is strictly for 6 hours if require more hours a fee of $500.00 tala per hr after the said to be charged. Function can only be extended up to 2 hours.
• Bar Corkage Fee $1000.00 tala (if bringing in own drinks(beer, wine, water, soft drinks)
• Refrigerated Coolers to be brought in needing power consumption: $300.00 tala per day.
• Bring your own Decorations of Wedding Colour Schemes.
• Bring your own Wedding Celebrant.
Extra Costs not included (that we can supply):
• Hire of decorations: Chair cover @ $5.00 tala, ribbons @ $3.00, table cloths @ $18.00, table runners @ $4.00 and Red carpet @ $300 tala
• Another extra 50 people setup - $500.00 tala
• Waiters/Waitresses - $100.00 tala per person (if required for up to 6hrs)
NOTE: We supply only rectangular tables.
Accommodation: SPECIAL RATE valid until the 31st March 2026
• Standard Room: $230.00 tala per night (twin share).
• Family Room: $490.00 tala per night (for up to 8 people).
